Mr. Eric Amanor, Head Of General Administration

The General Administration Unit is responsible for the orderly implementation of the Division’s policies and programmes. It ensures that staff members of the Division have a clear idea of their major task and duties. The Unit is mandated to plan and coordinate the day to day internal administrative process of the Division. It also supervises the administrative category of staff in the Division.

To achieve its mandate, theUnit ensures the effective utilization of secretarial services; prepares capacity building programmes for staff of the administrative category and monitors administrative issues that require prompt action. It also compiles the Division’s quarterly and annual reports and monitors staff mand ovement to and from the office to maximize efficiency.
